Corn Maze

This week is Jack's Fall Break from school. Today, we went to a corn maze with Ross and Faye. Ross and Jack had so much fun running around in the corn and hiding. It was mostly fun, but at times a bit nerve wracking for the moms when they disappeared into the corn.

Apples

Jack has been learning a lot about fall and apples at school. He really wanted to go to an apple orchard and pick some so that was how we spent our Saturday morning. The place we went also had pumpkins. Both boys really enjoyed it--and the apple pie that followed.

Soccer

Soccer has not been a huge hit. In fact, the biggest thing we have learned is that three is too young to begin competitive teams sports. There is a lot of crying, a lot of arguing over whose ball to use and a lot of negotiating with kids to keep them on the field and upright.

Farm Party

On Sunday we went to a Farm Party. The boys had fun painting pumpkins, going on hay rides, riding go carts, eating s'mores and enjoying all that fall in Kentucky has to offer. :)
