Jack's school had Derby Day today. The kids spent all week making horses and then chose names from the Derby lineup. Jack rode Optimizer. The kids all lined up before the race and sang "My Old Kentucky Home". The older kids made hats and sat on the sidelines cheering the little kids on during the race. If you watch the video, you'll see that jack didn't realize he had to turn around and run back. He thought he'd won! (Jack is the one in the blue and white striped shirt.)
