The Smokenator

David's brother, Jeff, and his family came down for Halloween so that Jeff and David could smoke a pork butt. All three brothers have become obsessed with this chef, Adam Perry Lang. He makes these ridiculously complicated but amazingly good grill recipes. David and Jeff wanted to try out the smoked pork butt recipe but we don't have a smoker. Luckily, there is this device called The Smokenator which turns a regular old Weber grill into a pretty effective smoker. Problem solved. The boys got up at 4:30 on Saturday morning to get things started. They finished around 6:30 that night. Pretty good stuff.
